Moroccan cooking workshop
Moroccan cooking workshop
Before starting the workshop, we have an introduction to Moroccan cuisine, where we help you clear up some misconceptions about its dishes.
For example, did you know that it takes about two hours to cook couscous?

Surely you thought, like me, that couscous was a quick dish: just put some in a saucepan with boiling water and cook it for five minutes.
On the contrary, couscous requires a lot of preparation time and that is why it is considered a Friday meal (a bit like our Sunday meal: something that is made only once a week on a special day).
You will love the workshop and cooking in the kitchen, which is large, beautifully decorated and with modern equipment.
Each student has their own kitchen station with two burners, a sink, a cutting board, and the best knives I’ve ever used.
