Tour Plan

Day 1 Arrival in Marrakech : Gateway to Morocco

Touch down in Marrakech, where the air is scented with orange blossom and spice. Your driver greets you with a warm salaam alaikum and escorts you through terracotta streets to your riad — a peaceful courtyard haven hidden behind ancient walls.

As evening falls, step into Jemaa el-Fna Square, the beating heart of Morocco. Drummers, storytellers, snake charmers, and sizzling food stalls fill the night with sound and smoke. The glow of lanterns and the rhythm of drums set the tone for your Moroccan adventure.
Overnight: Riad in Marrakech.

Day 2 Discovering Marrakech : Palaces, Gardens & Souks

Wake to the call to prayer echoing over red rooftops. After breakfast, meet your local guide to explore the imperial splendor of Marrakech. Visit the Koutoubia Mosque, admire the intricate marble and cedar carvings of the Bahia Palace, and walk among the sultans’ resting places at the Saadian Tombs.

Lose yourself in the souks, where blacksmiths hammer copper, women trade for spices, and the scent of leather fills the air. In the afternoon, retreat to the serene Majorelle Garden, a masterpiece of cobalt and green once owned by Yves Saint Laurent.

As dusk arrives, the city glows under a golden sky — perfect for a rooftop dinner overlooking the medina.
Overnight: Marrakech

Day 3 Marrakech → Aït Benhaddou → Dades Gorge

Depart early, winding up through the High Atlas Mountains. The road climbs toward the Tizi n’Tichka Pass (2,260 m), offering sweeping views of Berber villages and terraced slopes. Stop for tea with locals before continuing to the UNESCO-listed Aït Benhaddou Ksar, a fortified mud-brick village straight from another era — and a film set for Gladiator and Game of Thrones.

Continue through Ouarzazate, the “Gateway to the Desert,” and drive along the fragrant Valley of Roses to reach Dades Gorge. The red cliffs rise like cathedral walls as the sun sinks low. Enjoy a traditional Berber dinner beneath a star-strewn sky.
Dinner & Overnight: Kasbah guesthouse in Dades Valley.

Day 4 Dades Gorge → Todra Gorge → Merzouga

The road unwinds through the Road of a Thousand Kasbahs toward Todra Gorge, where limestone walls tower 300 meters above the valley floor. Stroll along the river, watching local families and shepherds go about their day.

By afternoon, the landscape turns from rocky plains to golden dunes — welcome to Merzouga, gateway to the Erg Chebbi Desert. Trade your 4×4 for camels and ride into the sunset, the air cooling as shadows stretch across the sands.

At your desert camp, you’re greeted with mint tea. Dinner is served under the open sky, followed by Berber drumming around a campfire until the stars take over the night.
Dinner & Overnight: Luxury Desert Camp.

Day 5 Life in the Sahara: Nomads & Silence

Wake early to catch sunrise over the dunes — soft pinks and golds rippling across the sand. After breakfast, explore the desert by 4×4. Visit Khamlia village, home to the soulful rhythms of Gnawa music.

Continue to meet nomadic Berber families who still roam the desert, sharing stories over steaming tea. Discover fossil beds that reveal Morocco’s ancient seabed past, and visit palm-filled oases that shimmer like mirages.

Return to camp in time to watch the sunset from a dune ridge, savoring the deep silence that defines the Sahara.
Dinner & Overnight: Merzouga.

Day 6 Merzouga → Ziz Valley → Midelt → Fez

After breakfast, bid farewell to the desert and travel north through the lush Ziz Valley, where palm groves carve a green ribbon through the desert. Pass Errachidia and climb toward the Middle Atlas, stopping for a roadside tea in Midelt.

Continue through Azrou’s cedar forests, home to the playful Barbary macaques, and the alpine town of Ifrane, known as “Little Switzerland.” By evening, descend into Fez, Morocco’s spiritual and intellectual heart.
Overnight: Riad in Fez.

Day 7 The Living History of Fez

Step back in time as you enter Fez el-Bali, the world’s largest car-free urban zone. Your local guide leads you through narrow lanes alive with sights and scents — donkey caravans, spice stalls, and artisans hammering brass.

Visit the Bou Inania Madrasa, the Nejjarine Museum, and the Chouara Tannery, where centuries-old dye pits burst with color. Watch the sunset from the Merenid Tombs, where the entire city glows beneath you like a tapestry of gold and terracotta.
Overnight: Fez.

Day 8 Fez → Chefchaouen: The Blue Pearl

Leave Fez and wind north through green hills to the fabled Chefchaouen, Morocco’s blue dream. As you arrive, the entire town seems washed in indigo — walls, doors, even stairs shimmer in shades of sky and sea.

Spend the afternoon exploring its quiet alleys, artisan shops, and hidden courtyards. Climb to the Spanish Mosque at sunset to see the blue city glow under the Rif Mountains.
Overnight: Chefchaouen.

Day 9 Chefchaouen → Rabat → Casablanca

After breakfast, travel west toward the coast. Stop in Rabat, Morocco’s elegant capital, to visit the Hassan Tower, Mausoleum of Mohammed V, and the Kasbah of the Udayas, overlooking the Atlantic.

Continue to Casablanca, Morocco’s cosmopolitan face. Visit the magnificent Hassan II Mosque, standing proudly on the ocean, and stroll along the Corniche. Dinner at Rick’s Café makes the perfect Casablanca finale.
Overnight: Casablanca.

Day 10 Casablanca → Marrakech

Return to Marrakech, retracing the coastal plain. Check into your riad and spend the afternoon relaxing in a hammam or shopping for last-minute treasures — lanterns, ceramics, spices — before an optional rooftop dinner with views over the medina.
Overnight: Marrakech.

Day 11 Marrakech at Leisure

A full day to dive deeper into the city’s rhythm. Join a Moroccan cooking class, take a hot-air balloon ride, or visit the Ourika Valley for a taste of Berber village life.

As the sun sets, toast your journey with mint tea — a farewell to Morocco’s warmth and beauty.
Overnight: Marrakech.

Day 12 Departure from Marrakech

Enjoy breakfast in your riad courtyard before your transfer to Marrakech Menara Airport.
As your plane rises over the red city, the mountains, dunes, and medinas of Morocco remain vivid in memory — a tapestry of color, culture, and connection.
Ma’a as-salama — go in peace.
